In the amusement park in Rust near Freiburg, a hall for television production was required on short notice. The new hall needed to meet the requirements for television programs and also had to serve a double function as warehouse.
The client decided on a Steelflex steel building and the advantages of modular construction. Thanks to the rapid delivery and fast setup of the steel hall the television production was able to start on the planned date.
HALTEC hall as film-studio

In addition to the increased bearing capacity, the impermeability to light of the new construction is an important prerequisite for filming. Moreover undesired light reflections should not occur in the interior.
Size, statics, and cladding were designed and executed to meet the individual requirements. The client summary: "The HALTEC consulting and support were excellent. The hall is just as we imagined it would be."
Double function as warehouse
The amusement park was also able to profit from an additional advantage of the modular construction. Due to the completely bolted steel construction the modular construction can be transferred to another location at anytime. This possibility was utilised in Rust, and the hall was moved within the park grounds. At its new location it is also used as a film studio. When there are no shows it is used for interim storage.
When additional storage space for decorations was required on the grounds, the decision was again made for products from HALTEC. The increased demand for storage was covered with two Aluflex storage marquees. These halls can also be dismantled at anytime and setup at a different location. Thus the amusement park can flexibly align its available space capacity to its requirements.
