Company history
1996
- Company HALTEC is founded in Dortmund area, Germany
- HALTEC starts with production and sales of its own modular constructions and marquees
1998
- Corporate headquarters relocated to Hemer in North Rhine-Westphalia and move to the new office building with adjacent warehouse and order-picking halls
- The second location opens in greater Stuttgart
- HALTEC employs 7 people
1999
- Commissioning of the newly constructed production facility in Berlin area
- Opening of the Hannover and Karlsruhe locations
2000
- Expansion of the production hall in Gransee
- Opening of the Dresden location
2001
- The product line is extended by festival and party marquees
- New construction of a 2,500 m² 3-bayed warehouse in Gransee
- Opening of the technical office in Meuro as well as the locations Hamburg and Nuremberg
- HALTEC employs 75 people
2002
- Modular construction product line extended by halls with crane runways, suspended ceilings and special roof pitches
- Completion of the new processing centre for storage marquees and party tents in Gransee
2003
- Intensification of export activities
- Opening of the Austria location
2004
- Opening of the Switzerland location
2005
- Construction of a warehouse and order-picking hall in Hemer
- Opening of the Frankfurt and Poland locations
2006
- The product line is extended by marquee lighting systems and emergency lighting systems
- Opening of the Berlin, Cologne and Netherlands locations
- HALTEC employs 140 people
2007
- Expansion of the company building in Hemer as well as the office space in the Stuttgart and Karlsruhe locations
2008
- HALTEC Hallensysteme GmbH wins an award as one of the 100 best employers in Germany
- Construction of a new delivery hall at the Gransee production location and expansion of the hall area by 3,300 m², and expansion of the traffic and loading area by 6,000 m²
2009
- HALTEC Hallensysteme GmbH wins an additional award for outstanding HR work and is also counted on behalf of the TOP-JOB quality seal as one of the 100 best employers in Germany
- The Gransee production location celebrates its 10th anniversary
- Brandenburg's Minister President, Matthias Platzeck, tours the Gransee location
- Thomas Arens, Jens Geißner and Markus Speck receive the award "Entrepreneur of the Year - Finalist 2009" from former Minister President, Lothar Späth, in the Frankfurt Opera
